Junior Board
ARC’s Junior Board is a diverse group of young professionals who dedicate their time, energy, and talents to increase awareness about the need to conserve Tanzania's forests among their peers. They raise funds through special campaigns and events, including their signature Summer Party in the Concrete Jungle and the annual Artists for Africa benefit, to support ARC projects. The group also hosts happy hours every few months to introduce ARC's work and the Junior Board to those interested in joining.
Our Junior Board members have careers that range from financial investing to documentary filmmaking to nonprofit fundraising; some have spent extensive time in Tanzania and others have yet to step foot on the continent of Africa; but what unites them is their passion to do their part to conserve East Africa's rainforests for their generation and generations to come.
Are you interested in getting involved? Please fill out and return the Junior Board application, so we can learn a bit more about your background and interests. Completed applications should be sent to Kate McLetchie, Executive Director at kate@africanrainforest.org.
